On paper I’m a Psychotherapist, Consultant, Former Chief of Staff, and Somatic Coach.

Personally, my most important titles are forever laugher, creative, brainstormer, partner, daughter, and friend.

My goal is to bring out the best in others, always. Through my work as a Psychotherapist, Consultant, or Coach, I believe that we have something unique and beautiful to offer our communities and I want to help.

The fact is, our journeys toward wellbeing and creation extend far beyond therapy sessions, classrooms, or studios. They are a derivative of meaningful conversations with friends, insights from deep thought, and shared experiences.

That’s why I created Outside The Session.
